The Guernica37 Centre files amicus brief before the Supreme Court of the United States, urging the Court to preserve aiding and abetting liability under the Alien Tort Statute and the Torture Victim Protection Act.

G37, alongside its co-counsel Christina Hioureas at the Foley Hoag International Litigation & Arbitration Department, recently filed an Amicus brief  before the Supreme Court of the United States in support of the Respondents in Cisco Systems, Inc. v. Doe I.  

 

Oral arguments in this case are scheduled for April 28, 2026, at 10.00 a.m. ET.
